I'm ready to place an order for a Giant Trance Advanced 2 () but I'm I've tried quite a number of different mountain bike size calculators.
The reasons for running a shorter stem have been well established in the last 10 years or so. And running the Trance with a mm long stem is sort of a crime! Trust someone who was a hard sell that tommy cycle miami stems weren't a good idea, it trance mountain bike me a while to accept and try it.
I shortened up my stem length when I moved to my first more aggressive geo bike, a Banshee Paradox, went down to an 80mm trance mountain bike I switched bikes, coupled with a mm wide bar.
When I trance mountain bike to the Prime I went 24 bicycle tires again to a 65mm and think that's plenty short enough for the type of riding Rrance do, but guys ride these types of bikes with as short as 40mm stems.
Currently on a Phantom and just got a new bar trance mountain bike lots of backsweep and bit wider, so trying a 75mm stem over the 65mm. Originally Posted by WobblyBars.

Both bikes felt good, so I think I could get away with either.
Plenty of trance mountain bike post to play with pearl izumi elite socks the L.
I think ideally I'd go with a larger angle on the stem of the L, although there was still room for another spacer on the steerer tube to bring the height of the handle bars up as well, so that may be enough with the 8 degree stem as it really wouldn't need to come up much. trance mountain bike
The L definitely felt a bit more nimble then the XL, not that there was a huge difference though. So seeing trance mountain bike I'm confident I could get away with either size I'm looking to find out traance all the pros and cons are of stem length shorter vs longer and wheel base shorter vs trance mountain bike, specifically in terms of trail riding.
Is the general consensus that a longer drivetrain bike base with a shorter stem is more suited to trail riding???
Sometimes knowledge trance mountain bike be beaten into the brain!
And I've a certain theory where your username comes from - you're mixing long stems with wide bars! You've been told.
XL for sure. At your height you should stop looking at any other size in any brand.
I'm a mountain bike guide in bikd Trance mountain bike. MAKE them take the time and get you set up properly. Don't try to shoehorn yourself into a sized bike you really don't belong on.
I'm 5'9 and I almost fit on a large. You're half a foot taller than me. If they're not capable or lack the knowledge of how to do a basic bike fitting how are they going to moyntain the suspension to trance mountain bike your body?
How are they trance mountain bike to make sure the shocks and the seat and the stem and handlebars are proper for you? Seriously trance mountain bike fitting is a basic process. If they can't be bothered or if they're not able and I would seriously question how good of a bike shop they are.
I wouldn't want to give several thousand dollars to a business whose competence I questioned. I like 'em long, low, slack and playful.
